PACKAGES:

SCOUT Traditional Home Staging

2 MONTHS (can be extended)

• Primary Space Staging includes: Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom ~ $2,500-$3,000

• Full Home staging is also available for bathrooms, outdoor spaces and bonus spaces!

ReFine with SCOUT Staging

• Design service to be used primarily with sellers existing furnishings (80% existing, 20% SCOUT inventory) to achieve an enhanced home design suitable for the current real estate market.

  After initial consultation home editing will be suggested and full day of “house flip” with be scheduled.
